Aero mexican Plane crash survivors sue airline

Eleven of the survivors of the Aeromexico plane crash led by one Nestor Martinez have taken the airline to court suing for negligence on the part of the airline. Martinez’s lawsuit accuses Aeromexico of attempting “a takeoff maneuver in unsafe wind conditions,” failing to “adequately monitor wind conditions prior to takeoff” and failing to “obtain proper pitch, yaw and altitude during takeoff,” among other accusations.
